Elementary Math Games Website
For a class in web design I decided to focus on math games. I had used online math games while teaching 3rd and 4th grade in Vermont as a way to enrich student learning and add a technological element to the unit. This website provides games for each grade level, kindergarten through fifth grade, and for several different concept areas. The games are aligned with the Common Core curriculum. There are resource links for Massachussets, Vermont, and New York State standards as well.
Blog for Teachers, Parents, and Students
At the Woodland Hill Montessori School I began using this blog as a way to keep teachers informed. I also am able to fill requests that can be shared and used publicly.

Grant Writing
Summer of 2012, I had a bit of time between the end of my spring classes and the beginning of my summer classes. I decided to attempt grant writing. And I did it. Successfully! The Robert C. Parker School in Wynantskill, NY offers Planet Parker, a summer program with themed weeks. For one week, I was able to find a grant that would allow inner-city students from Troy, NY to attend a summer camp.
